Refinishing

Restor-To-Nu’s staff of finish technicians take ownership of every project and work their “magic” to revitalize each piece. We have extensive experience in both the commercial and residential arenas and have employed all types of finishes. We spend considerable time with the client to ensure we understand the piece’s function. With this information in mind, we then select the proper finish most suitable for the application in both aesthetics and durability. We can “touch-up” an old finish or undertake a complete refinish job. Prior to working on your furniture, we examine it thoroughly. If repairs are necessary, we will re-glue, re-clamp or rebuild the appropriate part to return it to complete structural integrity.

Paint

If you have mismatched metal office furnishings, they can be painted to one uniform color. We stock most name-brand office furniture colors or we can custom color-match to your specifications. You have the option of painting just the exterior or both interior and exterior of your file cabinets depending on your needs and budget. We use Sherwin Williams Polane™ product; a catalyzed lacquer so durable it is used on golf club heads and hockey sticks. Painting is a cost-effective way to freshen your metal furniture, allowing you to utilize your old metal file cabinets and bookcases with new furniture purchases.
